Penval is the creation of Paul Edward Nash and Valerie Lewis (my other half – and the Company Secretary). Penval was created when I stopped working for Local Government as an employee and started working for myself. It’s the vehicle through which I can still use my skill set as a project manager while at the same time involve myself in things in which I believe such as ICT and Personal Democracy.

I didn’t set out to be someone who writes blogs but there came a point at which I wanted to express an opinion on something about which I felt passionately. Of course, one thing led to another and before I knew it I had blog entries everywhere. I finally arrived at a place where I wanted somewhere to call my own where I could talk about People, Projects and Processes, but mainly people.
